I GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS Sky Shine-1310nm-OT-AUTO series laser transmitter, the main equipment to build Cable TV HFC network, is mainly used in transmitting the TV image signal, digital TV signal, TV voice signal, and digital signal (compressed signal) in a long distance. The equipment chooses the excellent DFB laser as light source and the frequency part adopts the perfect auto processing techniques and advanced predistortion circuit, with the perfect microprocessor auto monitored control system inside, to guarantee the optimized performance of transmitter. II FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES OF SKY SHINE SERIES TRANSMITTER 1.Choose world-famous DFB laser imported with original package, with narrow spectrum line, good linearity, high output power. 2.The frequency drive circuit adopts the pluggable AGC circuit and auto processing drive level to keep the indexes of CSO, CTB and CNR in their optimum value and ensure the high performance of transmitter. which also can enhance the value of CNR greatly. 3.Pluggable multi frequency-point frequency predistortion technology combines with AaGas devices to improve CTB and CSO greatly and enhance the value of CNR greatly. 4.Perfect microprocessor auto monitored control circuit inside to monitor exactly the optical output power and status of laser to ensure the stable optical output power. Testing conditions:With normative optic fiber and optical receiver composing the testing link, under fixed link loss, lay out 96 PAL- D analog TV channel signal within the range of 860Mhz and receiving optical power is -1dBm. The indexes of C/CTB, C/CSO,C/N is tested under the above conditions.

1、Indicator, to indicate all kinds of status parameters, unit type, release date and so on. 2、LD laser indicator: when the green light on, the unit is in its normal condition. 3、ALM indicate alarm when the unit is out of condition. 4、UP to tip up the indicating contents. 5、AGC indicator to indicate that AGC mode is in operation. 6、ADJ to modulate the RF input level when switch to AGC mode 7、RF test, the RF test port to test the RF signal on link 8、RF input indicator to indicate the status of RF input signal. 9、POW indicator to indicate the status of power supply. With two power supply, the indicator is green when the main power supply is in work and the light is flittering red when the sub-supply is working. 10、 DN to down the content pages. 11、 MGC indicator to indicate the working status of MGC. 12、 AGC/MGC switch to switch the mode of AGC and MGC. 13、 MGC modulation to modulate the RF input level when switch to MGC. 2.BACK PANEL VIEW

VII STATUS DISPLAYING 1. Electrifying Display The LCD will display the type of the unit when the power is on, and after about ten seconds, the self-test is finished with sound of pooping. 2. Status Display When the machine begins to work normally, push the UP button on the front panel to switch the display as follows: 1. +24V POW: 24.3V, when switch power supply is at 24V and the real operation voltage is at 24.3V. 2. +5V POW: +5.1V, when switch power supply is at 5V and the real operation voltage is at 5.1V. 3. -5V POW: -5.03V, when switch power supply is at -5V and the real operation voltage is at -5.1-03V. 4. LD POW: 10.6mw, the output power in work is 10.6mw 5. LD TEMP: 25℃, the operating temperature is 25℃ 6. LD COOL: 0.25A, when the inside temperature of operating laser is at 25℃, built-in refrigerating current(or heating-up) current is at 0.25A 7. LD BIAS: 46mA the operating current is 46mA 8.
